粉煤灰掺量对赤泥墙砖性能影响的研究 被引量:1

摘要 以赤泥为主要原料,添加适量的粉煤灰、黏土等制备墙砖,研究粉煤灰掺量对墙砖性能的影响。结果表明:在赤泥掺量较高的情况下,随着粉煤灰掺量的增加,试样气孔率和吸水率逐渐增大而抗折强度逐渐降低;当粉煤灰掺量大于15%时,试样的吸水率较高且抗折强度小于15 MPa,生成的液相和晶相少,气孔较多,达不到BIII类陶质砖的国标要求(GB/T 4100-2006《陶瓷砖》);粉煤灰掺量不宜高于15%。 Wall brick was prepared by using red mud as the main raw material and adding appropriate amount of fly ash, clay and other materials. The effect of fly ash content on the wall performances was extensively studied. The results showed that the porosity and water absorption rate of samples increased with increasing the content of fly ash whereas the flexural strength decreased gradually when the content of red mud was on the high level. When the content of fly ash was more than 15%, the water absorption rate of samples were higher and flexural strength were less than 15 MPa , and there were less liquid phase and crystal phase, more poresthe, which couldn't reach the requirement of BIII ceramic brick of the national standard ( GB/T 4100-2006 "ceramic tile" ) . Fly ash content should not be higher than 15%.
