摘要
利用液相还原法制备硅酸钙负载零价纳米铁(CS-n ZVI)进行去除水中Cr(Ⅵ)的实验研究。结果表明,CSn ZVI对Cr(Ⅵ)的去除效果明显优于还原铁粉和硅酸钙,略差于零价纳米铁;低p H值、越低初始Cr(Ⅵ)浓度及较大投加量均有利于Cr(Ⅵ)去除,最大去除率可达98.9%;反应后CS-n ZVI颗粒扫描电镜及X射线能谱分析结果表明Cr占3.06wt%;等温吸附实验结果表明较好拟合Langmuir和Freundlich等温吸附模型,CS-n ZVI对Cr(Ⅵ)的最大吸附容量达253.8 mg/g。
The removal of Cr6 + from water was investigated by the nanoscale zero-valent iron supported on calcium silicate(CS-nZVI) prepared with theliquid phase reduction method. Results showed that much higher removal rate of Cr6+ Was observed from CS-nZVI than those from iron powder and calcium silicate. Lower pH and initial Cr6+ concentration, and much more dosage were favorable of removal of Cr6+ in water, and the best removal rate was nearly 98.9%. The Cr element with 3.06wt% concentration was detected on the post-reaction CS-nZVI particle surface by SEM and EDS. Meanwhile, the Langmuir and Freundlich isothermal adsorption model was used for simulation, which showed that the maximum adsorption ability of CS-nZVI was 253.8 mg/g.
