穿黄隧洞预注浆钻爆开挖方案比选研究

摘要 穿黄隧洞工程是南水北调东线的关键控制性项目,为浅埋深、强透水水底隧洞,工程地质及水文条件复杂、洞室及阻水圈稳定性问题突出、工期紧张,因此选择合理的施工方案至关重要。本文结合水下隧洞施工特点及穿黄探洞开挖经验,研究了3种预注浆钻爆开挖方案,并基于有限元损伤分析结果进行方案比选,提出较优的开挖方案。通过分析监测资料认为选定的开挖方案效果达到预期要求,损伤分析结果合理可靠。 Yellow River tunnel project is the key to controlling North Water Transfer project for Shallow Pervious underwater tunnel engineering geological and hydrological conditions are complicated ,and water blocking laps cavern stability issues outstanding,tight deadlines, and therefore a reasonable choice for the construction program is essential. In this paper,the construction characteristics and Yellow River underwater tunnel excavation caving experience,studied three kinds of pre-grouting drill and blast excavation program,and damage based on finite element analysis results Alternatives proposed excavation optimum solution.By analyzing the monitoring data suggest that the effect of excavation scheme selected to achieve the desired requirements,reasonable and reliable damage analysis results.
