摘要
聚乙烯管道焊接快速,操作简单,容易掌握,但实用的检测方法和合格判定也是目前管道施工的瓶颈。本文围绕热熔对接焊的过程控制、检测要点、质量检查等,提高管道焊接质量控制,并提出焊接质量检査的要点。
Polyethylene pipe welding fast ,simple ,easy to grasp ,but the practical detection methods and qualified to determine the bottleneck is currently the pipeline construction.This paper focuses on Butt welding process control ,test points, quality inspection ,improve pipeline welding quality control ,and quality inspection of weld points raised.
