摘要
股份炼钢厂3^#连铸机大包回转台2003年扩容后增加过渡段,造成大包回转台倾覆力矩增加,载荷频繁冲击造成过度段出现裂纹,本文采用有限元算法,建立实体模型,对载荷冲击对过度段影响进行模拟,进一步优化设计,延长大包回转台使用寿命。
For the ladle turret of 3# continuous caster in the steelmaking plant the transition section was added after expansion in 2003, causing the increase of overturning moment of ladle turret, and then the frequent impact of load led to the cracks at transition section. In the paper, by using the finite element method, the entity model was set up to simulate the influence of load impact on the transition section, and by this, the design was further optimized to prolong the service life of ladle turret.
