摘要 X射线衍射是目前研究晶体结构最常用的方法,特别适用于晶态物质的物相分析。样品衍射线强度随研磨时间(即粒度)不同而变化。利用X射线衍射对颗粒度不同的NaCI及CaCO3样品进行测试,比较颗粒度对X射线衍射仪测试结果的影响。为消除颗粒效应的影响,采取严格控制样品粒度的方法,可使X射线衍射分析结果达到较高的精度和准确度。 X-ray diffraction is the method most commonly used in studying the crystal structure, especially suitable for the phase analysis of crystalline materials. The diffraction ray intensity changes with the grinding time ( i. e. , particle size). The testing of NaC1 and CaCO3 samples with different particle sizes was carried out by X-ray diffraction, and the influence of particle size on the test results by using X-ray diffraction meter was compared. In order to eliminate the influence of particle effect, the method to strictly control the particle size of sample was taken, thus, the higher precision and accuracy of analysis results by X ray diffraction could be achieved.
