摘要 模拟转底炉生产工艺,通过对不同碳氧比、不同温度、不同还原时间条件下锌元素脱除率的研究,发现在每个温度条件下随球团碳氧比的增加脱锌率呈逐步增加趋势,在同样的碳氧比条件下,温度升高脱锌率明显增大,每一个温度区间内球团随还原时间的增加脱锌率明显增力口。 By simulating the production process of rotary hearth furnace, and through studying the dezmcing rate under different carbon oxygen ratios, temperatures and reduction times, it was found that, the dezincing rate gradually increased with the increase of the carbon oxygen ratio of pellets at each temperature, and under the same C/O ratio, the dezincing rate significantly increased with the elevation of temperature, furthermore within each temperature range, the dezincing rate of pellets significantly increased with the increase of reduction time.
