摘要
通过对H型钢外侧壁刮丝压入产生的机理的研究,对立轧孔缩料,平轧开口孔缩腿、扩腰时轧件腿部金属量的收缩系数,宽展系数的综合分析,优化粗轧孔型,加大了孔型腿根部的尺寸和侧壁斜率,从根本上解决了外侧壁刮丝压入的质量缺陷。
Through studying on the generating mechanism of scraping at the lateral wall of H-beam, the comprehensive analysis on the contraction and spread coefficients of metal quantity at the leg of rolled pieces in the periods of material shrinkage of edging passes, flinching and waist expanding of flat rolling passes was carried out, and then the roughing passes were optimized, the size and sidewall slope of pass leg root were increased, and thus the quality defects of scrapping at the lateral wall was fundamentally solved.
