Practice of 2^# Blast Furnace Shutdown Operation in Laiwu Steel

莱芜分公司炼铁厂2^#高炉采用打水空料线法，顶温控制合适，没有发生大的爆震，炉况调整到位，没有发生渣皮滑落砸坏风口的现象，保证了降料线操作的连续性。历时13小时，把料线降至风口中心线以下，整个停炉过程安全顺利，达到了预期目的。

By spraying water blowing-out method, lhe overl-rool temperature of 2^# blast furnace in the roumaking plant of Laiwu branch company was controlled right, no big knocks OCCUlTed, and the fmnace condition was adjusted in place, no slag skin drop leading to tuyere smashing occurred, so the operation continuity of dropping stock line was ensured. Lasting 13 hours to decrease the stock line below the cen- ter line of tuyere, and the whole furnace shutdown process was safe and smooth, achieved the expected goal.
