城市文化形象规划是城市规划的内核,组建城市文化形象结构能有效构建理想科学的城市文化总体形象规划。泰州城市文化形象规划注重分片发展,可以依据泰州市各片区文化特色分别定义各自文化主题,令各片区各具特质,自成体系。以高教园片区为例,按照"片区、标志、节点、线路",选取该片区标志建筑、空间节点及特色线路,建立城市文化形象识别系统。
