摘要
档案管理中,将本体论研究方法和技术运用到档案管理信息系统的建设中,运用Protégé工具进行建模和分析,可以将档案管理中的一部分转化为抽象概念,进而实现概念同概念间的关系构建。文章解析了档案系统应用本体的建模流程,阐释了档案领域本体的表达。在档案系统中建立及应用本体,提高了档案信息检索的查全率和查准率,同时满足了用户个性化服务的需求。
In archives management the ontological method and technique is applied to the construction of file manage- ment information system. By using the Protege tool for modeling and analysis, a part of archives management can be transformed into abstract concepts, thus achieving the relationship building between concepts. The modeling process of applied ontology for file system is analyzed in this paper. Meanwhile, the expression of domain ontology is ex- plained here. The establishment and application of ontology in file system improves the recall and precision for archi- val information retrieval and meets the needs of users＇ personalized service.
