摘要
为了更真实地模拟缓冲包装系统在物流过程中的动态响应,研究一种基于路谱分析的缓冲包装仿真方法。将国家等级公路的功率谱数据、中国典型道路的路谱数据作为输入,在仿真软件里进行货车动态仿真,得到货车车厢底板加速度数据,将这个数据作为缓冲包装系统的激振源,进行缓冲隔震仿真。该方法能够真正意义上模拟缓冲包装系统在真实物流环境下的动态响应,校核缓冲包装系统的缓冲性能。
To simulate the dynamic response of the cushion packaging system under the logistics environment actually,a method on simulation for the cushioning packaging system based on road spectra analysis was developed. The road power spectral data of the national classified highways and the typical roads in China were conducted as input of the dynamic simulation for a truck in simulation software,and the acceleration data of the boxcar's baseboard can be gotten,which is the excitation sources of the simulation for the cushioning packaging system. The response of the acceleration of each kind of truck on every classified highway and typical road in China comprises the database of the logistics environment. The method can simulate the cushioning packaging system in the real logistics environment actually,and provide a new test method for the cushioning packaging.
