摘要
模拟黄铜导线一、二次短路发生条件,分析观察不同Zn含量的黄铜短路熔痕样品的金相组织特征,从相结构、晶粒和气孔三个方面,研究Zn含量对于熔痕金相组织形成的影响。结果发现,黄铜与纯铜导线短路熔痕在相结构、晶粒形状、气孔特征等方面存在明显差异,不同Zn含量的黄铜一、二次短路熔痕也呈现一定组织规律性变化,在鉴定此类火灾痕迹物证过程中,需要考虑Zn含量的影响。
Simulated the conditions of primary and secondary short circuits and analyzed metallographic structures of brass circuited melted marks of different Zn content. We studied effect of Zn content on metallographie structure of brass short circuit melted marks from three directions of phase structure, grain shape and stomata character. The results showed that brass and copper circuited melted marks were great different in phase structure, grain shape and stomata character. Metallo-graphic structure of brass primary and secondary short circuited marks occurred with a regular pattern in different Zn content. It is necessary to consider effect of Zn content on brass short cir- cuited marks in fire in the process of identified these fire trace evidences.
