乳腺X线摄影评价原发性乳腺癌放射治疗的效果分析

Analysis of breast X-ray photography evaluation of primary breast cancer radiation therapy effect

目的 观察和研究乳腺X线摄影评价原发性乳腺癌放射治疗的效果。方法 选取2011年7月~2014年7月我院原发性乳腺癌患者40例,放射治疗是原发性乳腺癌治疗的一个主要方案,相比较于其他方案,能够更有效地增加乳腺癌患者生存率。所有患者均采用放射治疗,回顾分析总结临床资料,并运用X线摄影对其治疗效果进行评价。结果40例原发性乳腺癌患者接受放射性治疗后,20例患者的乳腺肿块明显变小,9例患者的局部腺体致密程度缩小,3例患者局部腺体致密程度增大,9例患者的结构扭曲得到改善。18例钙化患者中,12例患者的钙化情况没有发生变化,4例患者的钙化范围明显缩小,2例患者的钙化范围扩大。结论 乳腺X线能够将患者的病灶部位清晰地呈现出来,为放射治疗提供治疗依据,对乳腺癌的方式治疗效果具有积极意义,值得临床推广运用。

Objective To evaluate the effect of the observation and study of breast X-ray photography of primary breast cancer radiation therapy. Methods From 2011 July to 2014 July in our hospital patients with primary breast cancer 40 ca- ses, all patients were treated with radiation therapy were retrospectively analyzed clinical data, summarize, and the use of X-ray to evaluate the therapeutic effect. Results 40 cases of primary breast cancer patients receiving radiation therapy, 20 patients with breast mass was significantly smaller, 9 cases of patients with local glands dense dense degree of narrowing, 3 cases of patients with local glands dense dense degree. In 18 cases with calcification in 12 cases, calcification in patients with no change in 4 cases, calcification in 2 patients was significantly reduced, to expand the scope of the calcification, 9 patients symptoms improved structure distortion. Conclusion Mammography lesion patients can be clearly demonstrated, provide basis for treatment of radiation therapy, has positive significance for breast cancer treatment effect, is worthy of clinical application.
