摘要
文章选取了技术服务、质保能力、创新能力、信誉、规模实力、合作兼容性、可持续发展能力7个测量维度,设计了一份包含37个测量指标的调查问卷。运用SPSS20.0软件对调查问卷的信度、效度进行检验,并运用主成分分析法对其进行探索性因子分析;构建了一套包含技术服务、质保能力、创新能力、信誉、规模实力、合作兼容性等6个一级指标,27个二级指标的评价体系。通过对该评价体系的科学性验证,结果显示该评价指标体系能够为核电运行技术服务供应商选择决策提供参考。
Combined with seven measuring dimensions including technical service, quality control capabilities, innovation ca- pacity, reputation, the scale of strength and cooperation compatibility, capacity for sustainable development, a questionnaire is de- signed , which includes thirty-seven measurement indicators; Secondly, the reliability and validity of questionnaire are tested by SPSS20.0, besides, the thirty-seven measurement indicators are analyzed exploratively. Finally, the index system including twenty- seven secondary indicators, is built, which consists of six first class indicators including technical service, quality control capabilities, innovation capacity, reputation, the scale of strength and cooperation compatibility. It is proved to be scientific and can provide a refer- ence for decision-makers.
