摘要
糖尿病足是重要的糖尿病下肢血管并发症,严重影响患者生活质量,临床应强化糖尿病足管理,早期预防和及时治疗可显著提高治愈率并降低截肢率。本文简要综述糖尿病足流行病学调查及其预防和治疗研究进展。
The diabetic foot syndrome is a complication of diabetes mellitus, which causes a serious impairment in patients＇ life quality. To reinforce the management of diabetic foot syndrome is very important. Early risk detection and appropriate intervention are essential to increase the healing of foot salvage and decrease the amputation rate. This review describes the progress research of the pathogenesis, prevention and therapy of diabetic foot syndrome.
