高等学校核心竞争力直接影响和决定着高等学校生存和发展。在界定了高等学校核心竞争力含义的基础上,深入分析高等学校核心竞争力的特征。基于高等学校服务功能,从学科队伍、科学研究、人才培养、学科效益和融资能力等五个维度构建了高等学校核心竞争力评价指标体系。从高等学校可持续发展战略的视角,提出了高等学校核心竞争力培育和发展的对策。

Core competitiveness influences and determines the survival and development of colleges and universities .Based on defining the connotation of the core competitiveness of colleges and universities , analysis is made on the characteristics of the core competitiveness of colleges and universities .Based on higher education service function ,it builds a core competitiveness evaluation index system from the five dimensions of multidisciplinary teams ,scientific research ,personnel training ,discipline and other benefits and financing capacity .From the perspective of sustainable development strategy ,it puts forward the cultivation and development countermeasures of the core competitiveness of colleges and universities .
