斜船台造船在船舶建造过程中已是船厂普遍采用的一种形式,如果船台墩位布置设计不合理设墩工艺差,造成船舶在建造过程出现下滑、倾斜、下沉、船体凹陷等现象。严重时,将会出现大面积墩位坍塌,使船舶侧翻或跌落到滑道上。船舶墩位布置设计,在船舶类的书籍中也未详细介绍和说明,为此本文总结了中小型级斜船台造船布墩设计供参考。

Shipbuilding on the inclined building berth has been widely adopted in shipyard.Unreasonable arrangement and design of block for building berth and bad design technology of block will lead to decline, tilt, sinking, and hull sag of ship and a large area of block falling down in severe cases to make ship roll or fall onto the slipway. This paper summarizes the design of block for small and medium-sized inclined building.
