摘要
西科麦2028是地理远缘小麦材料的杂交后代,具有突出的抗条锈病性能。为了解西科麦2028对小麦条锈病的抗性遗传规律,以西科麦2028和铭贤169的杂交群体为研究对象,采用我国目前小麦条锈菌流行小种CYR31、CYR32、CYR33、Su11-4对供试群体进行成株期接种,分析杂交后代的抗病性及分布情况。结果表明:西科麦2028对CYR31的抗病性由3对显性基因控制;对CYR32由2对显性和1对隐性基因控制;对CYR33由1对显性基因控制;对Su11-4由1对显性和1对隐性基因控制。
Xikemai2028 is a cross between geographically distant wheat materials,with outstanding resistance to stripe rust performance. The inheritance of the stripe rust resistant gene in Xikemai2028 is very important for revealing the resistant mechanism and development of durable resistant euhivars. The populations of Xikemai2028 crossed with susceptible cultivar Mingxian169 was used as materials, and was tested with prevalent stripe rust races CYR31, CYR32, CYR33, Sul 1-4 at the adult plant stage. The results confirmed that Xikemai2028 had high resistance to all those races. In Xikemai2028/Mingxian169 F2, F3 , BC1F1 , and BCl F2 population of stripe rust re- sistance research. The resistance of Xikemai2028 to the race CYR31 was controlled by three dominant gene, and to the race CYR32 by two dominant gene and by one recessive gene. The resistance of Xikemai2028 to the race CYR33 was controlled by one dominant gene, and to the race Sul 1-4 by one dominant gene and by one recessive gene.
