Analysis of Problems with the Entrance Education for Freshmen and Countermeasures

大学新生入学教育是整个大学教育的基础性工作。新生入学教育在教育内容、教育时间、教育方式、教育组织等方面存在着一些问题,思想不够重视、目标不够明确、力量不够集中、效果上缺乏考核是造成这些问题的主要原因。提高大学新生入学教育成效从以下几个方面着手:把握一个原则,明确两个目标,抓好三个阶段,搭建四个平台,汇聚五股力量,实施六大教育。

Abstract： Entrance education for freshmen is the basic work of college education, but there are problems with the content, the time, the methods and the arrangement, which are caused by unimportance in thoughts, unelearness in goals, distraction in strength, and lack of evaluation in effects. To improve the effects of entrance education, there are several measures that can be taken： sticking to one rule, clarification of two objects, focusing on three stages, construction of four platforms, combination of five types of strength, and practicing six categories of education.
