摘要
鉴于新形势下公立医院绩效制度改革的要求,参照绩效分配改革的相关理论,本文阐述了绩效分配制度变革过程中的利弊及存在的问题,目标在于在公立医院引进绩效分配新理论、新方法,更好地调动医务人员的积极性和创造性,体现社会效益。
In view of the demand of the performance - based distribution reform under the new situation, by referring to relevant theories about the performance - based distribution reform, the article expounds the advantages and disadvantages as well as existing problems during the process of the reform, with the aim of producing the new theories and methods about performance - based allocation in public hospitals, better stimulating the initiative and creativity of medical staff as well as making contributions for the society.
