轻钢结构组合式肉羊育成(育肥)笼研制与应用

摘要 设计研制的轻钢结构组合式肉羊育成(育肥)笼,夏季早6时平均温度比环境同期温度高1.3℃,湿度比环境同期高9.5个百分点;午后14时平均温度比环境低1.6℃;湿度比环境高8.3个百分点,用全株玉米青贮全混合日粮(TMR)育肥鲁西黑头肉羊,平均日增重达到237 g以上,以试验3组日粮配方实用经济效果最好。冬季在常规保温措施条件下,笼内平均温度5.29℃,比舍外环境平均温度高0.73℃,舍内最低温度-7.83℃,比舍外环境最低温度提高1.42℃,笼内饮水基本正常。利用中等营养水平颗粒料育肥鲁西黑头肉羊,试验期内平均日增重达到272g,料重比6.60:1,扣除饲料费后只均收入104.27元,经济效益明显。试验结果表明,组合式轻钢结构育成(育肥)笼不仅投资少、结构简单、组装拆卸简便,通风性好,笼内空气质量优于国家NY/T388《畜禽场环境质量标准》,而且饮水、喂料方便,清洁卫生,适宜于农区小规模、大群体肉羊育肥生产方式,对不占或少占耕地发展优质肉羊生产具有借鉴意义。 Design of light steel structure modular mutton sheep breeding, fattening, summer as early as 6 average temperature 1. 3℃ higher than the same period the environment temperature and humidity is 9.5% higher than the same period the environment; The afternoon 14 when the average temperature of 1.6℃ lower than the environment; Humidity is 8.3% higher than the environment, with the total strain of corn silage total mixed diet (TMR) fattening Luxi black mutton sheep, average daily gain amounting to more than 237 g to test three groups diet formula best practical and economical effect. Test results show that combined light steel structure (fattening) bred cage not only less investment, simple structure, convenient disassembly, assembly good ventilation, the air quality in the cage is superior to the state of NY/T388 《ivestock and poultry field environment quality standard》, but also convenient for drinking water, feed, clean sanitation, suitable for agricultural mode of production of mutton sheep fattening small and large groups, for no or less of farmland development high quality mutton sheep production, has the reference significance.
