摘要 车架作为纯电动汽车上的主要承载部件,对整车的设计起到至关重要的作用。基于Hyper Works软件建立了某型号纯电动物流配送车车架的有限元建模,对该车架进行5种工况下的线性静力学仿真,得到了5种工况下车架的应力及其分布情况,并计算得出相应安全系数。对于不符合强度要求的位置进行结构改进和强度校核,为车架结构的合理化设计提供了理论依据。 Frame as a major bearing part on pure electric vehicles plays a crucial role in vehicle's design. We built the finite element model of pure electric logistic vehicle frame, and made the linear statics simulation in four working conditions. We got the stress and its distribution of the frame in five working conditions and calculated the corresponding safety factor. We also made the structure improvement and strength check to the place that does not conform to strength requirement. This provides a theoretical basis for the rational design of the frame structure.
