摘要
收割机清选装置的连杆机构是平面连杆机构。基于Creo软件,能对联合收割机清选装置的连杆机构建模,然后采用ADAMS软件进行仿真,绘制出连杆装置各个构件上的质心在不同的时间段的速度、加速度等运动曲线,从而能较为清晰地显示该清选装置的连杆机构设计是否合理,其设计方案是否具有可行性,为后期机构的优化作研究参考。
The connecting rod mechanism of harvester cleaning device is planar linkage mechanism. Based on Creo software, we can model the connecting rod mechanism of the cleaning device , and then use the ADAMS software to map the movement curve of velocity and acceleration of the center of mass of the components on the linkage device in different periods, which clearly shows whether the cleaning device of the connecting rod mechanism design is reasonable and whether its design scheme is feasible, as a theoretical basis for optimization of the device.
