摘要
在测定农业物料悬浮速度时,存在着操作繁琐、测量精度差、耗时长等问题。基于此,依据物料悬浮速度的测试原理,结合现代电子科学技术,利用智能控制方式对传统的物料悬浮速度试验台进行优化设计。利用压力传感器和风速测速仪并结合电脑处理技术,依照数学原理建立重量和悬浮速度的函数关系,根据参数的变化对农业物料的悬浮速度进行测量。从理论上讲这将会使测量结果更加精确直观,操作更加简单。
In measuring the agricultural materials suspension speed, there are problems of complicated operation, low measuring precision and time consuming, etc. Based on this, a new machine is redesigned according to the technology of modern electronic science and the method of intelligent control on the basis of testing principle of materials suspension speed. It can set up a function relation about weight and suspension speed using a pressure sensor and a wind anemometer on computer. According to the variation of parameters to measuring the agricultural materials suspension speed, the result is not only more accurate, but also more intuitive. At the same time, the operation is simpler.
