CAE技术对铸造工艺的提升

摘要 针对铸件材质,铸造CAE技术采用数值模拟的方法,计算并对比分析了不同冒口数量下阀体铸件的凝固过程,对充型过程中的缺陷如浇不足、冷隔、卷气、夹渣等进行有效的定性预报。根据FEEDING缺陷及NIYAMA判据比较了不同工艺方案铸件的质量,选出最优方案,为该件阀体的顺利生产提供了保证。 Based on the casting material, by CAE technology with numerical simulation, the solidification process of valve body under the condition of different riser quantities is calculated and analyzed comparatively, the defects such as misrun,cold shut,gas, slag, etc. in the filling process are forecasted qualitatively and effectively, the optimal solution is chosen, which re- suits in the improvement of casting quality.
