随着上海建设具有全球影响力科技创新中心战略的提出,如何创新创业投资企业的国资管理,进一步发挥创业投资的引导作用,以推动上海战略性新兴产业发展和促进经济发展方式转变,已成为新的命题。文章对创业投资企业国资管理的模式、现状、制约因素等进行了分析,并提出了创新管理的政策建议。
