摘要
通过建立流动模型用数值分析方法对Z型并联管道层流条件下的流动特性进行了研究,获得了流体在并联管道内的流动特性。研究结果表明:靠近分流管入口处的支管流量较小,离汇流管出口近的支管流量较大,两集管内的静压分布呈"渐扩"形,分流管中的最低静压位置和汇流管中的最高静压位置处在同一侧。在所研究的流体工况范围内,各支管内的流量分配不均匀性随着并联管道进出口压差的增大而增大,随着集管管径的增大而减小。研究结果为准确计算Z型并联管道系统的流量分配偏差和静压分布具有重要的参考价值。
A model of the Z-type manifolds to determing the flow distribution in the manifolds is developed. Numerical method is used to investigate the flow distribution and fluid flow characteristics in the manifolds under laminar flow condition. It is found that the flow rate of the tube near the main inlet branch is small,the flow rate of the tube near the main outlet branch is large,the static pressure distribution in manifolds is in "diverging" shape,the lowest static pressure section in the distributor and the highest static pressure section in the collector locate at same side of upstream. In the conditions studied the non-uniformity of the flow distribution in the manfolds increases with increasing the pressure drop between the inlet and the outlet of manifolds,and decreases with increasing the diameter of the manifolds. The results provide a valuable reference for determining correctly the flow and static pressure distribution in Z-type maniflods.
