基于平衡计分卡的商业银行竞争力评价实证研究——采用基于格栅获取的模糊Borda数分析法

Empirical Research on Evaluation of the Competitiveness of Commercial Bank Based on Balanced Score Card——Employing Fuzzy Borda Number Analytical Method Based on Raster

为全面评价银行绩效,从平衡计分卡的四个方面,即财务、客户、内部流程和学习与发展,选取了17个指标,构建了商业银行指标评价体系。采用基于格栅获取的模糊Borda数分析法计算指标权重,计算过程简捷,结果有效。选取国内14家商业银行并进行银行排名。实证表明,浦发银行、平安银行、中信银行综合竞争力排名前三。分析原因,证明BSC法有意义,并提出了提高商业银行竞争力的相应对策建议。

In order to comprehensively evaluate the performance of banks, commercial bank index evaluation system has been constructed by selecting 17 indexes from the four aspects of balanced score card, namely finance, client,inner procedure and learning and development. The fuzzy borda number analytical method based on raster was employed in the calculation of index weight;the calculation process is easy and convenient and the result is valid. 14 commercial banks in the domestic was chosen. The banks were ranked,which practically indicates that SPDB,SZPA and CITIC are the top three in terms of their comprehensive competitiveness. The reason thereto was analyzed finally. It proves that BSC method is meaningful. Besides, it has also put forward corresponding countermeasures to enhance the competitiveness of commercial banks.
