高职院校构建校企合作长效机制的路径探析

The Path of Vocational Colleges to Build Long-term Mechanism of School-enterprise Cooperation

高等职业教育在现代职业教育体系中起着引领带头作用,为了适应经济发展方式转变、产业结构调整和社会发展要求,必须构建其校企合作的长效机制。校企探索"订单式"人才培养模式,联合制定培养方案、以"专业+岗位"方式制定教学计划;校企共同开发课程体系,构建以岗位职业技能为依托的课程体系,合理利用校内外教学场所;校企合作优化师资结构,提高专任教师技能水平,提高兼职教师教学水平;校企共赢进行职业培训,服务社会、共谋发展是实现校企合作长效机制的有效途径。

Vocational education in modern vocational education system plays a leading role. In order to adapt to the economic development pattern,industrial structure adjustment and the requirements of social development,we must build a long- term mechanism of cooperation between schools and enterprises. Schools and enterprises are to explore the ＂Order＂training model,jointly develop training programs,develop teaching programs according to the ＂professional ＋ job ＂approach. Schools develop the curriculum with enterprises,building the curriculum based on vocational skills,rationally using the teaching places inside and outside the campus. School optimizes the structure of teachers with enterprises,improving the teaching skill among both full- time and part- time teachers. Schools ＇ carrying out the vocational training,gaining win- win for schools and enterprises,serving society and developing together is an effective way to achieve long- term mechanism of school- enterprise cooperation.
