电子病历系统分级测试方法的研究与应用

以电子病历为核心的医院信息化建设是公立医院改革的重要内容之一,国家卫生部颁布的电子病历应用系统功能应用水平分级评价方法及标准要求已实施以电子病历为核心医院信息化建设的各级各类医疗机构应达到各自申报的级别和标准。本文提出了电子病历系统分级测试的框架,并基于此框架进行应用测试,测试结果为专家评审提供重要可靠的依据。

Electronic medical record as a core hospital information technology is an important part of the reform of public hospital. EMR application standard and application level evaluation method has been issued by Ministry of public health. All various medical institutions, which have implemented EMR, are request to meet the requirement of EMR level which they declared. In this paper, a framework for the classification of electronic medical record system is presented, which can be used to test and evaluate the level of EMR application system. The test results can be provided as an important and reliable input for expert evaluation.
