摘要
目的:了解陇东学院学生对心理咨询的认知与行为倾向。方法:采用自编《大学生对心理咨询的认知与行为倾向调查问卷》对189名陇东学院在校大学生进行了调查。结果:大学生对心理咨询中心的知晓度较低,不同学科、专业、年级大学生对心理咨询的认知存在差异,不同学科和专业学生在面对心理问题时的行为倾向存在差异。结论:学校心理咨询中心应该加大宣传力度,提高学生对心理咨询的知晓率,促进学生对心理咨询中心资源的可接近性。
This study aims at learning the college students’ cognition and their behavior tendency to psychologi-cal counseling.Taking the self-made questionnaire as the tool, the study surveys all the 189 subjects selected from college students of Longdong University.The results show that:the college students’ awareness rate for psychologi-cal consulting center is low;that the college students’ cognition to psychological counseling is significantly different between grades, majors, and subjects;and the behavior tendency of students from different majors and subjects is significantly different when they face the same psychological problem.The study accordingly concludes that the school counseling center should intensify its propaganda so as to improve students’ awareness rate for psychological counseling as well as to facilitate students to resources of the center.
