Statistics and analysis of the patents in the field of micro-grid both at home and abroad were conducted in the aspects of the number of patent applications, geographical distribution of the patents, layout of patented technologies and the main patentees based on the Derwent patent database and the patent literature in the patent searching system disclosed by the State Intellectual Property Office with the hope to provide some reference and ideas for related enterprises, scientific research institutes and other units when they are working at patent portfolio and industry development program.
