摘要
近年来,换热管与管板对接连接的内孔焊接结构逐渐被应用到废热锅炉设计中。该结构焊接接头强度高、残余应力小、无缝隙腐蚀倾向,但是焊接难度较大。对SA-213T12换热管与SA-387Gr.11CL2管板内孔对接焊接结构进行了焊接试验研究,确定了合适的焊接工艺过程参数,最终采用钨极氩弧焊自熔打底后填丝两遍实现了该结构的焊接。从外观检查、宏观金相检测、焊缝尺寸测量、硬度测试及拉脱力试验等方面验证了所选焊接工艺的可行性。
Recently,inner hole butt welding of tube to tube-sheet was gradually applied to waste heat boiler.This welding construction which is difficult to weld has the advantages of high joint strength,low residual stress and none crevice corrosion.The appropriate welding procedure parameter was determined by lots of welding tests on the inner hole butt welding of SA-213T12 tube to SA-387 Gr.11CL2tube-sheet.This construction was welded by tungsten-argon arc welding with once self-fluxing welding and twice filler welding.And the feasibility of the welding procedure was checked by visual examination,macroscopic examination,weld dimension measurement,hardness test,push-pull test and so on.
