摘要
崖城13-1气田投产以来采用的是节流阀膨胀制冷脱重烃方式。随着地层压力逐渐降低,制冷过程中会造成天然气压力降低,严重影响气田的正常处理工艺。提出了丙烷制冷脱重烃改造方案,对该方案进行了详细说明,并对其经济性和可行性进行了分析,分析表明,丙烷制冷脱重烃设计方案可行,可提高气田采收率,经济效益显著,从而为优化设计、其他方案比较提供技术依据。
Yacheng 13-1gas field use throttle expansion refrigeration method to remove the heavy hydrocarbon in natural gas,with the formation pressure decreases gradually,the cooling process will cause the gas pressure reduction,seriously affecting the normal treatment process.The propane refrigeration heavy hydrocarbon removal method is schemed,this scheme is described in detail,and performed the economy and feasibility analysis,analysis showed that the propane refrigeration heavy hydrocarbon removal design scheme is feasible,can prolong the development cycle,improve the recovery factor of the gas field,significant economic benefits,so this scheme can optimize the design,comparison with other technical basis.
