汽轮发电机组振动超标原因分析及处理

Analysis and Treatment of Vibration for Turbogenerator Unit

针对汽轮发电机组在大修后开机过程中由于振动超标而不能正常运转的问题,通过在线及离线监测数据分析,确定机组存在动不平衡及不对中故障。据此检修轴承并进行现场动平衡处理,使汽轮发电机组恢复正常运转。

This introduction is made that turbogenerator unit don’t work orderly for out of vibration on starting after overhaul,and diagnosis that unit has unbalance and deviation of alignment by analyzing data online and offline,that vibration get well under standard by maintain of bearings and elimination of unbalance is introduced as well.
