摘要
循环冷却水系统在工业领域有着广泛的应用,而污垢的存在引起换热效率降低以及管道腐蚀,大大降低了循环冷却系统的性能,带来了巨大的能源损失。文章提出内置转子与高频电磁创新结合的方法,从技术原理、两者结合应用的设计做出详细阐述,为管道阻垢除垢方面提出了一种新思路。
Circulating cooling water system has been widely applied to the industrial field, the fouling, however, because the low heat exchange efficiency and the corrosion of pipeline, which greatly reduce the performance of circulating cooling system, bringing the huge energy loss. We put forward a new method for pipeline descaling in detail, based on the technology combination ofjie nengxin and the high frequency electromagnetic principle.
