摘要
以新戊二醇和三氯氧磷为原料合成和表征了NEOP,采用静态平衡法,测定了在不同温度下二(2-氧-5,5-二甲基-1,3-二氧-2-磷环己基)氧化磷在二氯甲烷、氯仿、乙醇、正丙醇、异丙醇五种不同的溶剂中的溶解度,结果表明其溶解度随着温度的升高而增大。利用Apelblat方程和λh方程对溶解度数据进行关联,实验中的二元体系的关联结果都较好的与实验值相吻合,为其合成及纯化工艺中溶剂的选择提供了理论依据。
Bis (2-oxo-5,5-dimethyl-l,3-dioxo-naphthalene cyelohexyl) phosphine oxide (NEOP) was synthesized by the reaction of neopentyl glycol with phosphorus oxychloride and was characterized by elemental analysis, IR, and LH NMR. The solubility of NEOP in dichloromethane, chloroform, ethanol, l-propanol and 2-propanol was measured at different temperature by the equilibrium method. Experimental result showed that the solubility of NEOP in five solvents increased with the increasing temperature and they were in good agreement with the calculated solubility of the modified Apelblat equation and the Lh equation. The experiment results and correlation models could be used as essential data in the synthesis and purification of NEOP.
