石膏晶须溶解抑制改性及在造纸中的应用研究进展

The Research Progress of Dissolution-inhibition Modification and Application in Papermaking of Gypsum Whisker

石膏晶须是一种性能优良的无机功能材料,可以用在造纸中作填料,但其溶解性较大,直接用于造纸时,在纸张中留着率较低。文章综述了石膏晶须在造纸中的应用及其溶解抑制改性研究进展,指出经高温煅烧和适当化学改性可以有效抑制石膏晶须的溶解。

Gypsum whisker was a kind of functional material with good properties, which could be used as the filler for paper making. But the retention rate is low in the paper when directly used for paper making because of its little solubility. The dissolution-inhibition modification of gypsum whisker and its application in papermaking were summarized. The article points out the high-temperature calcination and appropriate chemical modification could effectively inhibit the dissolution of gypsum whiskers.
