摘要 随着风力发电和新能源汽车需求量的不断增加,具有高矫顽力的磁体需求量越来越大,综合衡量成本、资源与性能之间的关系,低重稀土、高矫顽力烧结钕铁硼磁体具有重要研究意义。文章主要介绍烧结钕铁硼磁体低重稀土、高矫顽力技术研究进展,着重对晶界扩散法和晶粒细化进行介绍。 With the increase requirement of wind power and new energy vehicle, the quantity demanded of sintered NdFeB magnets with high coercivity is powerful. Comprehensively balanced the relationship between the cost, resources and performance of sintered NdFeB magnets, the research about low heavy rare earths and high coercivity magnets is significative. The article is about the development of sintered NdFeB magnets with low heavy rare earths and high coercivity, and highlighting the grain boundry diffusion process and grain refinement.
