摘要 文章采用正交实验的方法,以一点红中总黄酮得率为考察指标,对影响一点红总黄酮提取方法的因素进行了探讨,分别得出了用连续回流提取法和超声波提取法提取一点红中总黄酮的最佳实验条件。连续回流提取法:乙醇浓度为75%,回流时间为3 h,固液比为1∶25,总黄酮含量为8.773 mg·g-1;超声波提取法:乙醇浓度为65%,震荡时间为60 min,固液比为1∶20,总黄酮含量为9.945 mg·g-1。 In the paper, orthogonal experiment method, with Emilia sonehifolia in total flavonoids was investigated indicators, the factors affecting the Emilia sonehifolia total flavonoids extraction methods were discussed were obtained by extraction with continuous reflux extraction and ultrasonic extraction Emilia optimal conditions of total flavonoids. Continuous reflux extraction: ethanol concentration of 75 %, a reflux time was 3 h, solid-liquid ratio of 1 : 25, the total flavonoid content was 11.07 mg·g-1; ultrasonic extraction: ethanol concentration of 65 %, shock time of 60min, solid-liquid 1 : 20, total flavonoid content was 12.5 mg·g-1.
