葡萄中氯吡脲含量的QuEChERS快速检测方法研究

Study on rapid detection of Forchlorfenuron content in Grape by Qu ECh ERS

采用Qu ECh ERS方法对葡萄样品进行前处理,以0.01 mol·L-1磷酸水溶液-乙腈（60＋40）为流动相,波长265 nm下使用液相色谱-紫外检测器检测氯吡脲的含量。研究了Florisi、PSA、C18、GCB、中性氧化铝五种吸附剂在实验中的用量和效果,其中Florisi、PSA、C18三种吸附剂均能取得良好的回收效果,适用于本方法。氯吡脲质量浓度在00.01~10.0 g·L-1的范围内与峰面积呈线性关系,方法的检出限（3S/N）为0.01mg·kg-1,方法测定下限（10S/N）为0.035 mg·kg-1,回收率在90%~110%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差（n=7）均小于10%。

Using the method of QuEChERS in grape samples pretreatment, 0.01 mol/L phosphoric acid in water and acetonitrile （60＋40） as rnobile phase, the wavelength of 265 nm using liquid chromatography with ultraviolet detection on content. The dosage and effect of Florisi, PSA, C I 8, GCB, neutral ahunina five adsorbents in the experiment study, Florisi, PSA, C18 can achieve good recovery effect, is suitable for the method. On mass concentration in the range of 00.01-10.0 g/L and the peak area showed a linear relationship, detection limit of the method （3S/N） was found to be 0.01 mg/kg and the lower limits of determination （10S/N） was found to be 0.035 mg/kg, values of found by standard addition method were in the range of 90 %-110 %, the value ofRSD （n-7） is less than 10 %.
