课程教学团队建设是本科教学基本建设的重要组成部分之一,直接关系到学院的生存与发展。文章介绍了食品微生物系列课程教学团队的人员组成、团队建设特色、教学改革成果应用推广大情况及今后的建设计划等。通过教学团队建设,促进食品微生物系列课程的教学质量和教学水平的提高。

Construction of curricula teaching team is one of the important component of the undergraduate education capital construction, which is directly related to the survival and development of the college. In this paper, composition of team personnel, characteristics, results application and the future construction plans of the microbiology series curricula teaching team are introduced. Through the construction of teaching team, the teaching quality and level of the series curricula can be improved.
