Research and Practice on Training Mode of Applied Talents Based on The Plan for Training Outstanding Engineers-Taking of Chemical engineering and Technology Specialty Eastern Liaoning University as An Example

基于卓越工程师教育培养计划,结合辽东学院化学工业与工艺专业,探索应用型人才的培养模式,采取反向设计,正向实施的原则,提出应用型人才的培养模式,以应用型人才培养目标为中心,重构课程体系,加强工程实践环节,并应用到学生培养教育中。

The training mode of applied talents was explored based on the plan for training outstanding engineers according to chemical engineering and technology specialty eastern Liaoning University. Curriculum system was restructured by the principle of reverse design and forward implement, with the center of applied talents cultivation target, engineering practice was enhanced and applied to cultivation education for students.
