摘要
以次磷酸钠和乙烯为原料,自由基加成法合成二乙基次瞵酸钠。通过FTIR、NMR、HPLC表征与检测产物的结构和纯度。考察了引发剂、反应时间、反应压力和反应温度对产物收率的影响。实验结果表明:最佳反应条件为引发剂与次磷酸钠摩尔比2%~2,5%,反应时间为8~10小时,反应压力为8~12bar,反应温度为95~105℃。
Sodium diethylphosphinate was prepared by free-radical addition reaction of sodium hypophosphite and ethylene. The molecular structure and purity of the product were confirmed by FTIR, NMR and HPLC. The effects of reaction conditions such as initiator, reaction time, temperature and pressure on the yield of the product were also discussed. And the optimal reaction conditions were determined: molar ratio of initiator and sodium hypophosphite was 2 %-2.5 %, the reaction time was 8-10 h, the reaction pressure was 8-12 bar, the reaction temperature was 95-105℃.
