摘要
采用3-(三溴新戊基)磷酸酯与次磷酸铝作为主阻燃剂,2,3-二甲基-2,3二苯基丁烷作为阻燃增效剂,挤出法制备了低卤阻燃共聚聚丙烯复合材料,并研究了滑石粉、硅灰石的加入对复合材料的影响。结果表明,当复合阻燃剂的质量添加分数为2.5%时,共聚聚丙烯UL-94(1.6毫米)燃烧等级为V2;滑石粉、硅灰石的加入可有效提高复合材料的热变形温度,降低烟密度,减少了成本。
With copolymerization polypropylene as subtstrate resins, by adding 2,2-Bis-(bromomethyl)-3-bromo-l-propanol phosphate, Aluminium hypophosphite and 2,3-dimethyl-2,3-diphenyl butane, low-halogen flame retardant copolymerization polypropylene was fabricated with double screw extrusion and its influence was studied by adding talcum and wollastonite. The test results show that the loading of the flame retardants was 2.5 wt %, the copolymerization polypropylene's combustion grade achieve UL94-V2. Talcum and wollastonite can effectively improve the heat deformation temperature, lower the smoke density, reduce the cost of materials.
