摘要
文章以苯甲酸为原料,经酯化、肼解、成盐、环化、缩合等五步反应合成了7个新型的含1,2,4-三唑结构单元的亚胺类化合物,结构经MS,1H NMR分析确认。初步生物活性测试结果表明,在实验浓度下所有化合物均表现出一定的杀菌活性,其中化合物3b对芒果炭疽菌、水稻纹枯病的抑制活性均超过60%。而化合物3g对水稻纹枯病菌的抑菌效果近似于杀菌剂氟硅唑,体现出了进一步研究的价值。
Seven novel imine derivatives bearing 1,2,4-triazole moiety were designed and synthesized via a five-step reaction. Their structures were characterized by MS and 1H NMR spectra. The preliminary bioassay showed that some of them exhibited certain fungicidal activities. At the concentration of 100 mg/L, the inhibition rates of compound 3b against Colletotrichum gloeosporioides PenZ and Rhizoctonia sotani were much higher than 60 %. While compound 3g showed 90.22 % inhibition rate against Rhizoctonia solani, which was similar with the control.
