摘要 饮用水安全是关乎人民健康和社会稳定的重大问题,近年来饮用水水污染事件频发,尤其是由于交通事故引起的水污染事件占了较大比例。由于不少公路都是沿(跨)江河湖库修建,产生了诸多安全隐患,因此需要采取措施消除这些隐患或降低风险。文章以三亚市赤田水库合口大桥为例,通过修建应急事故池和桥面排水收集系统,收集并临时储存交通事故发生后桥面的泄漏液体和清洗废水,避免其进入水库,保护赤田水库水质不受污染,保障饮用水水源地安全。本工程的成功经验为饮用水水源地的保护提供了借鉴。 Safety of drinking water is a major issue related to people's health and social harmony. In recent years, drinking water pollution events occur frequently, in which traffic accidents account for a large proportion as the cause. Since many roads arc built along or cross rivers, lakes and reservoirs, which result in many potential safety hazards. Therefore, measures should be taken to eliminate or reduce these risks. In this study, He Kou Bridge which is across Chi Tian reservoir in Sanya was taken as an example. The emergency pool and drainage collection system were built to store accident leak fluid and cleaning waste so that they would not become contamination sources and further guarantee the safety of drinking water sources. The successful experience of this project provides a reference for protection of drinking water sources.
