常减压在役装置HAZOP分析与安全预警技术

摘要 由于常减压生产装置的特殊性,对其进行详细的安全评价尤为重要,鉴于此,在相关安全评价的理论基础上,运用危险与可靠性分析方法(Hazard and Operability Analysis)对常减压装置中的初馏塔、常压塔、常压炉、减压塔、减压炉等相关装置进行分析,进一步了解HAZOP分析的技术内涵以及分析流程,明确HAZOP在常减压装置中的研究目标,找出其中存在的安全隐患,并提出相应的整改措施及应对办法,为常减压装置系统风险评价工作提供有意义的参考资料,避免在日常生产中可能出现的一些安全问题。 Because of the particularity of the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit, it is very important to evaluate it's safety in detail. In view of this, based on the theory of the relevant safety assessment, use Hazard and Operability Analysis to analysis correlation means of the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit, for example. Primary distillation tower, Atmospheric tower, Vacuum tower and Vacuum furnace. Learn more about the technical content of HAZOP analysis and analysis process to clear the goal of ttAZOP study in the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit find out the potential safety problems and put forward the corresponding corrective measures and responses. Provide meaningful reference for risk evaluation system of atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit to avoid some security problems that may arise in the daily production.
