摘要
建立了面粉中七氯杀虫剂残留的气相色谱测定方法。面粉经过中性氧化铝净化,进入配有Rtx-5(30.0m×0.25mm×0.25μm)毛细管色谱柱的带ECD检测器的气相色谱中进行测定。该方法能够去除面粉基质干扰,并在0.005-1.00μg/mL具有良好的线性。七氯测定方法检出限0.0052mg/kg,加标回收率为97%~99%,相对标准偏差为0.88%。该方法操作简单、高效,且精密度好、灵敏度高,可以满足农残检测的需要。
A gas chromatographic (GC) method was established for simultaneous determination of heptachlor in wheat flour. Samples by Al2O3 treatment with Rtx-5 (30.0 m×0.25 mm×0.25 μm) capillary column and detected with GC-ECD. The disturbance of wheat flour can be dispelled. Linear ranges were from 0.005μg/mL to 1.00 μg/mL. The heptachlor limits of detection was 0.0052 mg/kg, the recovery rate was 97 %-99 %, the relative standard deviation was 0.88 %. The method was simple, effective and sensitive, which can satisfy the need for determining the imazaquin residues in Wheat flour samples.
