面粉中七氯农药检测方法的探讨

On the Test Methods of Heptachlor in Wheat Flour

建立了面粉中七氯杀虫剂残留的气相色谱测定方法。面粉经过中性氧化铝净化，进入配有Rtx-5（30．0m×0．25mm×0．25μm）毛细管色谱柱的带ECD检测器的气相色谱中进行测定。该方法能够去除面粉基质干扰，并在0.005-1．00μg／mL具有良好的线性。七氯测定方法检出限0．0052mg/kg，加标回收率为97％～99％，相对标准偏差为0．88％。该方法操作简单、高效，且精密度好、灵敏度高，可以满足农残检测的需要。

A gas chromatographic （GC） method was established for simultaneous determination of heptachlor in wheat flour. Samples by Al2O3 treatment with Rtx-5 （30.0 m×0.25 mm×0.25 μm） capillary column and detected with GC-ECD. The disturbance of wheat flour can be dispelled. Linear ranges were from 0.005μg/mL to 1.00 μg/mL. The heptachlor limits of detection was 0.0052 mg/kg, the recovery rate was 97 %-99 %, the relative standard deviation was 0.88 %. The method was simple, effective and sensitive, which can satisfy the need for determining the imazaquin residues in Wheat flour samples.
